About Me
Hello! My name is Mana Murakami, and I am 22 years old. I am fully Japanese but had the opportunity to live in the United States from ages 5 to 9, which allowed me to become bilingual in Japanese and English. After graduating from the International School of the Sacred Heart in Tokyo, I spent a semester at a small liberal arts college in the United States before returning to Japan to pursue a degree in Economics at Waseda University.
I have a deep passion for working with children, and much of my professional and volunteer experience has centered around babysitting and tutoring. My previous work experience includes:- Religious class daycare staff at the Franciscan Chapel Center in Tokyo (2018–2020)
- Summer school pool instructor at the American School in Japan (2023)
- English test prep tutor (2023–present)
With over six years of experience caring for children of all ages—from infants to teenagers—I am confident in my ability to provide attentive, engaging, and safe care. I pride myself on creating environments where children feel not only well cared for but also entertained and valued.
As a babysitter at Rainbow Kids Care Japan, I aim to build on my extensive childcare experience while also introducing children to the beauty and richness of Japanese culture. Through activities like origami, traditional games, and exploring unique Japanese gadgets, I strive to create fun and educational experiences that inspire joy and curiosity.
