Policies
Your Booking Details:
Early Returns or Delays:
If you return earlier than the scheduled time or experience a delay, the originally booked duration will still be charged.
Same-Day Extension:
The same-day extension fee is calculated in 30-minute increments. Therefore, even for a 10-minute extension, you will be charged for a 30-minute extension.
Late Night Transportation Fee:
If babysitting service extends beyond public transportation hours, please cover the taxi fare from the sitting location to the babysitter's residence.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the start of the service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made from 7 days before the start to 48 hours before will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This also includes cancellations that reduce the overall value of the booking and no-shows.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the service will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This also includes cancellations that reduce the overall value of the booking and no-shows.
We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies without exceptions.

Meal
Meal
The babysitter will provide meals to your child only that have been pre-approved by you . If you would like the babysitter to purchase meals for your child, please consult with them and kindly make a cash payment for the child’s meal expenses in advance.
For children with food allergies, please prepare their meal.
You are not required to purchase meals/snacks for your babysitter, your kind consideration, especially for longer bookings,would be greatly appreciated.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
For any extension fees incurred, please make the payment with a credit card at the end of the session.
