Rainbow Kids Care was founded by Mai with one simple idea: families visiting Japan should be able to enjoy their journey with confidence, knowing their children are in caring and capable hands.

As a mother herself, Mai understands both the joys and the challenges of traveling with children. Navigating busy train stations, enjoying a special dinner, exploring a new city, or simply finding a little time to relax can feel very different when traveling with little ones.

That personal experience inspired Rainbow Kids Care, a childcare service created especially for international families visiting Japan.

Today, we connect families with carefully selected English-speaking babysitters who provide warm, reliable, and personalized care in hotels, accommodations, theme parks, and while exploring Japan. Whether you need a few hours of babysitting, support during a family outing, or childcare across multiple days and cities, our goal is to make your time in Japan easier and more enjoyable.

For us, childcare is about more than simply watching children. It is about creating a safe and comfortable environment where children feel happy and cared for, while parents can enjoy their time in Japan with peace of mind.
