My daughter loved spending time with Yuki while we were visiting Tokyo. Yuki and my daughter visited a few kid friendly places and she had a blast. Would highly recommend the service again!!!
Yuki was absolutely amazing. Professional and lovely to chat to and the kids loved her. They even woke asking where she was. Rainbow Kids Care was also very prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend them…especially Yuki.
Yuki babysat our 2 year old boy and she was amazing! Our son has a lot of energy but she was able to play with him and keep him entertained. She was prompt on arrival and kept us updated during the time she was babysitting. We felt safe leaving him in such trustworthy and responsible care. I highly recommend Yuki!
Yuki and Eileen took care of our three little kids during our Tokyo trip and they did a fantastic job. To take care of our three little kids (each babysitter alone on a different date) is quiet a big challenge but with their creativity and friendliness they won the hearts of our babies very quickly. Thank you for taking care of them, so that my husband and me had the chance to have adults dinner in that beautiful city. It was lovely meeting you both! If we ever come back, we would book with rainbow kids again.
I couldn’t recommend Rainbow Kids Care enough! We were celebrating my partner’s birthday here in Japan and requested a babysitter for our toddler and we had Maki and Yuki. They were both incredible and looked after our baby the way exactly we requested.
Getting in contact with them was super easy and the process was very straightforward. We’re so happy for the service and it’s absolutely worth it. Arigatou Gozaimasu! 💕💕
Punctual service and excellent care. The sitter not only brought toys for my child to play with, but also helped sneak them vegetables. IYKYK. Will use again.

We had a wonderful experience with Yuki (Tokyo), Rio (Kyoto), and Zion ( Osaka) at Rainbow Kids Care. We are so grateful for their patience and kindness toward my special needs child. They were very understanding and willing to do what it took to ensure the child's happiness and safety. My child was very comfortable and looked forward to playing with the sitters.
