I can’t say enough great things about Rainbow Kids Care! Coming from the states to a foreign country and it being my 6yos first time leaving the country, we were skeptical about using sitters, but had no other options if we wanted any adult time within the two weeks of our trip. All of our communications with Mai were so easy for reserving, and even when we had a last minute issue, she responded immediately and helped us out. Our sitter Nina in Tokyo was absolutely fantastic and my children were in love with her. We used her both as an extra set of hands at Disney and also to take the children on an excursion while we were out to dinner. She was fantastic in both situations! Such a lifesaver for traveling families!
