Natalie helped babysit the kids while we are out for dinner. She’s very good and patient with the kids although they are difficult 😅
We had great experiences using Rainbow Kids Care to find sitters for our 1.5 year old on 7 nights across 3 different cities in Japan. Truly top notch nanny services; Natalie, our sitter in Kyoto and Osaka, was the best sitter we’ve ever had, anywhere. The sitters were communicative and professional, as was Mai, Rainbow’s owner. Our baby loved the sitters and warmed up to each quickly. Would highly recommend!!!

We engaged Natalie for two 3-hour sessions so that I could have some personal time during our stay in Osaka. Natalie was always punctual, organized, kind, patient, honest, flexible, bubbly, and very responsive to my messages.
Since my daughter is a bit older, I asked Natalie to plan some activities for her. My daughter is usually shy and slow to warm up, but she opened up to Natalie right away. They had a wonderful first day visiting Osaka Castle, and my daughter was so excited for their next outing!
Natalie thoughtfully planned age-appropriate activities and taught my daughter many interesting things about Japan and Osaka. She even introduced her to the subway, which became one of my daughter’s favorite experiences.
By the end of our trip, my daughter (and I) were both so happy to have made a new friend in Osaka. She’s already saying that we must come back to see Natalie again!

My two older girls had really fun and enjoyable time at USJ with Natalie. It gave my husband and I to focus on the little ones ( 4yrs and 2 yrs) and play with them; while the older girls (10yrs and 7yrs) spent an amazing time at USJ
i cannot recommend this company enough. my wife and i traveled to japan from usa with our 14 month old daughter. we hadn’t planned to use babysitters until our daughter spent the first day crying and we weren’t allowed into any of the nice dinners we had planned. on extremely short notice i found rainbow kids care, and was able to get a baby sitter for every day and time slot i requested. on certain days there were two different baby sitters and they worked together for a seamless hand off. all rules were instructed and our daughter was so happy as were we. they literally are the reason we had such a good trip. natalie and martha were amazing!
