We had the pleasure of having Mana from Rainbow Kids Care Japan look after our two children (ages 8 and 10) during our recent trip to Tokyo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She immediately made the kids feel comfortable, and her warm personality and perfect English helped everyone connect right away. We felt completely at ease leaving them in her care for three nights.
Mana went above and beyond in planning fun and age-appropriate activities. She took the kids out to an amusement park, organized dinners with them, and even came up with her own activity ideas that matched their interests perfectly. Having a local who truly knows Tokyo—and knows what kids enjoy—made a huge difference. Our children were excited for every outing and came back each time full of stories and smiles.
Her communication was outstanding throughout, and we always knew the kids were safe, happy, and well cared for. It’s clear that she genuinely enjoys spending time with children, and our kids absolutely loved her. We know they’ll carry wonderful memories of Tokyo thanks to the time they spent with Mana.
