We were so grateful to be referred to Mai at Rainbow Kids Care for our trip to Japan. Mai provided clear communication and was flexible and quick to help when we needed to make a last minute change. I felt confident in the service, and then my expectations were completely exceeded with both sitters, Kao and Maki. Our kids were a little hesitant with new people at first, but the sitters brought them local toys to play with and were incredibly warm and attentive and both kids warmed up quickly. Our daughter asked for more time with them! Both sitters left detailed notes of the evening which was helpful and kind. I only wish we had used them more often! If you are looking for reliable, trusted, and genuinely kid-loving sitters to free you up for some adult time in Japan, don’t think twice about Rainbow Kids Care. I want to plan a return trip!!
