Our 3-year old hasn’t stopped talking about her awesome sitter friend, Koko! She is a wonderfully kind person who clearly loves children and can meet them at their energy and comfort level. Koko came prepared with plenty of age-appropriate crafts and activities. She was also very organized and provided us with a written summary including observations and a timeline of the day. This was our first time using a childcare agency and we felt like we were leaving our daughter in good hands. We will certainly ask for Koko again the next time we visit Tokyo! Also: Mai (the co-founder) handled our bookings and she was responsive and organized. Overall a very pleasant experience.
