RKC is a fantastic service for parents traveling with kids, and I highly recommend it. The booking process was seamless, and Mai was incredibly quick and responsive.
I used the service twice while in Tokyo. Both sitters were wonderful, but I want to give a special shout-out to Miho and Hyunseo.
Miho was excellent and very professional. My son absolutely adored her. It's not easy leaving your child with a stranger in a foreign country, but she made me feel completely at ease. Hyunseo was also great, and my son had a fantastic time with her.
Both sitters showed up early, and I was able to communicate with them effortlessly in English. They were also great at communicating with my son, which put my mind at ease. At the end of the day, they even left a sweet note about their time with my son, which I'll cherish forever.

We used Rainbow Kids as we wanted a dinner out with friends in Tokyo. Rainbow kids were great, fast to respond and even accommodated a late date change when out plans were altered. Our babysitter Hyunseo was fantastic. We felt immediately at ease when we met her. We left her with three very weary kids between 10 and 3 yrs old and all of them had a great time. We will definitely use Rainbow Kids on our next trip to Tokyo.
