We used Rainbow Kids Care for almost a month during our recent trip to Japan, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the start, the agency provided excellent communication and transparency. Every caregiver was punctual and genuinely dedicated to our baby’s well-being.

Moeki (Kyoto): She went above and beyond by accompanying us on city trips, suggesting local sites to visit, and assisting with reservations to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Wenny (Kyoto & Osaka): Her attention to detail was fantastic. We were especially grateful for her flexibility whenever we needed to extend the hours.

Hina (Osaka): She came up with creative ways to entertain the baby in the city and sent us lovely pictures from their various adventures.

Maki (Tokyo): She allowed us to enjoy the city worry-free by taking our daughter on great excursions (the Zoo, Asakusa, shrines, etc.). She made sure the baby was well-fed and warm during the chilly days—plus, she shared a ton of funny photos and videos!

Koko (Tokyo): We really appreciated her timely updates and detailed reports. She ensured our baby's comfort was always the top priority.

We were so grateful to be referred to Mai at Rainbow Kids Care for our trip to Japan. Mai provided clear communication and was flexible and quick to help when we needed to make a last minute change. I felt confident in the service, and then my expectations were completely exceeded with both sitters, Kao and Maki. Our kids were a little hesitant with new people at first, but the sitters brought them local toys to play with and were incredibly warm and attentive and both kids warmed up quickly. Our daughter asked for more time with them! Both sitters left detailed notes of the evening which was helpful and kind. I only wish we had used them more often! We used this service with the theme park day for disneyland tokyo with our one year old. We were provided maki and by far she is the best experience we had. She was very helpful, patient, loveable, our son loved her and felt safe with her which is very hard to happen from just a couple of ours of contact. She was also very helpful around the park if we needed assistance with anything. Her English was excellent as well which made communication smooth and understandable between us. Maki was amazing and I would highly recommend her.

I couldn’t recommend Rainbow Kids Care enough! We were celebrating my partner’s birthday here in Japan and requested a babysitter for our toddler and we had Maki and Yuki. They were both incredible and looked after our baby the way exactly we requested.

Our time in Japan using Rainbow Kids Care was so seamless and easy. We were provided with a few different sitters, as we were there for about a month's time. Mai was incredibly helpful in finding us a sitter, even at the last minute.

All of our sitters (Anita, Iris, Nina, Maki and Martha) were timely, flexible, and got along well with our toddler. All sitters played a lot of hide and seek, and make believe. It was easy to communicate and they managed to have our child nap and go to sleep relatively easily. They were very accommodating for our extensions as well.

Anita brought her own books to read to our daughter for bedtime. They made a lot of origami together!

Nina managed to get our child to love baths by bringing her fun bath toys! She took her to many fun play places and let her borrow her colored pencils for the week.

Our daughter would light up whenever Iris would arrive! They went to the aquarium and parks together.

Maki got our initially hesitant daughter to warm up so quickly! They had so much fun together and she brought her a fun eye mask to wear for games and sleep.

Martha took our child to a local temple and park which was a fun cultural outing for her.
