Hello families!
My name is Kao, I’m 25 years old and originally from Osaka, Japan.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, I studied Early Childhood Education in Australia and worked as an au pair for two years in Ireland and Finland.

I have over seven years of childcare experience across Japan and overseas. While studying at university in Japan, I worked as a babysitter, tutor, and children’s educator for kids aged from 3 months up to teens. I also love dancing and volunteered teaching street dance to children.

My strength is my open-minded and cheerful personality, which helps me quickly build a warm bond with children.
My passion for childcare became even stronger after studying and working in Australia, where I earned a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and worked as an educator in a daycare center. I mainly cared for toddlers (12–18 months), but also supported other age groups.

In addition, I have done many babysitting jobs for both one-time and regular families.
During my two years as an au pair in Ireland and Finland, I lived with wonderful host families and became like a big sister to the children. I also worked part-time at an international daycare in Finland, where I supported children from many different cultural backgrounds and helped them adjust to new environments.

Through all these experiences, I’ve gained a deep understanding of children’s needs and developed strong practical skills such as feeding, nap routines, and diaper changing.
