Hello! My name is Hisae.

I have a strong background in childcare and have worked as an assistant teacher in a nursery school, where I supported children in their daily routines, play, and social development. I am also currently involved in a children’s support program in Tokyo, which allows me to continue working closely with children and families.

Having spent many years living in the United States, I am comfortable communicating in English and understand the expectations of international families visiting Japan. I value cultural understanding and strive to make both children and parents feel at ease from the very beginning.

Traveling can be exciting, but it can also be tiring and overwhelming for children. My goal is to provide a calm, safe, and nurturing presence so that children feel relaxed and secure, whether we are staying in the hotel, exploring nearby areas, or simply enjoying quiet time together.

I prioritize safety at all times while also ensuring children feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I adapt to each child’s personality and needs, creating a positive experience that allows parents to enjoy their time with peace of mind.
