About Me
Hello, I’m Eiko and I live in Osaka with my two teenage sons, aged 16 and 14. As a mother, I truly understand how important it is to feel confident and at ease when leaving your child in someone else’s care, especially while traveling in a different country.
I worked at an international preschool in Japan for 10 years, caring for and teaching children from age 3 through elementary school, all in an English-speaking environment. My focus has always been on creating a safe, warm, and engaging space where children can feel secure and happy.
Earlier in life, I spent several years living in the United States for language study and work, and I also gained babysitting experience during that time. In addition, I’ve hosted international students both overseas and in Japan, welcoming young women from Belgium and China into our home as part of our family. These experiences helped me build strong communication skills and a deep understanding of different cultures.
As a parent and caregiver, I believe in supporting each child’s individuality and helping them explore and enjoy their surroundings with confidence. I always do my best to make children feel relaxed, cared for, and inspired to have fun.

The sitters that watched our child (Eiko, Maki and Maiko) were all great, and our child had a wonderful time. The company is extremely responsive over Whatsapp with booking requests and provided availability options based on our needs with relatively short notice. During each session we were also provided with regular updates as to how our child was and if anything was unclear they would confirm with us. We are very happy with the care that was taken with our child and the good communication throughout put us at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. Thank you!

We got our plans together a bit last minute and messaged rainbow kids the day before requesting care- they were able to find someone for us last minute on two occasions and were very accommodating with great communication skills. We really appreciated the ability/ option to have someone for a few hours with our kids. Eiko-san and Kumi-san were really fantastic and brought activities for the kids (3.5 and 14mos)
