Refund Policy:

If you cancel a reservation within the eligible cancellation period, the refund is typically processed automatically to the original payment method.

This process is usually completed within 10 business days.

However, please be aware that the actual reflection of the refund in your bank or credit card account may take some time due to processing on their end.
