Nina helped us for 4 days while we were n Tokyo. I had to be a conference organizer and my husband had a few presentations. Nina helped us tend to our 9 month old child over the 4 days. We could not have made it through that time without Nina. She easily fit in as a third team member. She is kind, caring, flexible, great with babies, and very knowledgeable of the area in a helpful way for parents. Our baby adored her right away. We are forever thankful for her help. We also thank Rainbow Kids for the excellent management. They were responsive and well organized. Thank you all for making our experience so great!!
