Nina is a dream come true. My daughter is always nervous with new babysitters, it often makes me not want to go out. Nina was very empathetic with my little one. They made kitty cat origami, she got her to bed on time and followed her nighttime routine.
My daughter woke up the next day asking where Nina was and if she could come back; that NEVER happens! We are very grateful for Nina being so kind with our child and would recommend her to anyone!
Nina was great and our daughters loved her! She came with crafts and activities which our oldest daughter loved. She sent us pictures and updates throughout to make sure we knew our girls were taken care of. I highly recommend Nina!
Most wonderful babysitting service in Japan. They made it so easy to hire and coordinate. Our sitter Nina in Tokyo was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our daughter have so much fun. She was thoughtful, professional and fabulous with our daughter. Our sitter Martha in Kyoto was so kind and loving. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for child care in Japan.
Our time in Japan using Rainbow Kids Care was so seamless and easy. We were provided with a few different sitters, as we were there for about a month's time. Mai was incredibly helpful in finding us a sitter, even at the last minute.
All of our sitters (Anita, Iris, Nina, Maki and Martha) were timely, flexible, and got along well with our toddler. All sitters played a lot of hide and seek, and make believe. It was easy to communicate and they managed to have our child nap and go to sleep relatively easily. They were very accommodating for our extensions as well.
Anita brought her own books to read to our daughter for bedtime. They made a lot of origami together!
Nina managed to get our child to love baths by bringing her fun bath toys! She took her to many fun play places and let her borrow her colored pencils for the week.
Our daughter would light up whenever Iris would arrive! They went to the aquarium and parks together.
Maki got our initially hesitant daughter to warm up so quickly! They had so much fun together and she brought her a fun eye mask to wear for games and sleep.
Martha took our child to a local temple and park which was a fun cultural outing for her.

Nina was amazing she took my boys to a caffè last minute and entertained them for 3 hours I felt completely at ease and would call her again any time! Super experience
We first heard of rainbow kids care through The Tokyo Chapter. Booking was easy and a sitter reached out to us through WhatsApp. We were able to request the same sitter for both of the dates that we needed while traveling. The air B&b we were at didn’t have many kids toys (and after a 14 hiring flight our kid was board with the ones we brought) but our sitter, Nina, came prepared! She brought our son toys and even bought him a special little present to remember their time together. Highly recommended Nina.
I cannot express just how wonderful Nina has been with my kids. We had an amazing day with her. My daughter had such a sweet bond with her, and cried when it was time for her to go. I am so happy we found your company, and will be in touch to book Nina next time we are in Tokyo with our kids. Thank you again.
We had a wonderful experience with Nina in Tokyo! My husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner while our 9 month old was well taken care of in our hotel room. Great communication, arrived early and had a very kind and warm personality. Thank you so much!
I can’t recommend Nina enough. At first, I was a bit hesitant , especially because of the toilet incident we had at the beginning but Nina was absolutely diligent and professional . I was very impressed . Most importantly, Diana adores her now . Nina has definitely sold me on more rainbow kids care experiences.
Excellent service, I highly recommend it for working parents very trustworthy and reliable. Two sitters assisted us Nina and Shiina. They were both fabulous. My 8-year old son had a very nice time

It was our first time trying outside nanny service and it worth it! We met Nina, such a lovely lady, she took care of our little one ( 8 months) for 4 days. Believe me, our chunky bambino is super needy despite all my concerns Nina managed to come her down and play. Thank you. Next time we definitely will use this service again.
