Miho from Rainbow Kids was absolutely fantastic for our family. We were in Tokyo for three months for a temporary work location, and brought our 2.5 and almost 1 year old daughters with us.
Miho was just amazing with our littles and really engaged with them throughout. She babysat for us regularly throughout our whole time there and was an invaluable part of our Japan experience. Our girls loved her, and she had such a fun, positive attitude and always brought something new for them to play with and stay occupied. She was always on time and very communicative, and I loved talking with her as well. Not only was Miho great with our girls, but she also went above and beyond to help us learn our way around, find groceries, go to the park, and recommend fun things to do and see outside of the babysitting. She even went grocery shopping with me to help me orient to the Japanese grocery store and make delicious foods for my family, and then taught me how to make them back at our apartment!
Rainbow Kids and Mai-san were wonderful to work with and very responsive throughout our stay even as our needs shifted throughout our time (I hurt my arm partway through and needed some last-minute care!).
Thank you, Miho and Rainbow Kids for such a wonderful experience. You were an integral part of making our time in Japan special, and we would definitely book again.
