Coco was an absolute dream.
We booked Coco through Kids Care Japan for our children on our rrcent visit to Tokyo, and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first message, communication was clear, quick, and reassuring from both Kids Care Japan and Coco. They kept us updated every step of the way, which put us completely at ease as parents, navigating childcare in a new big city.
Coco herself was wonderful — warm, attentive, and easy to communicate with throughout. Our kids had a fantastic time with her.
We wholeheartedly recommend Coco and Kids Care Japan to any family looking for reliable, professional childcare while traveling.
