Miho was the bast nanny we had in the first 15 months of our child's life. She took care of him while we we're dinning out in Tokyo. 10/10, I'd like to bring her home with us

Miho is a gentle, kind and helpful person and Babysitter! We are so happy and grateful for the care she showed our girls! Any family would be Lucky to have her babysit.

We had the most incredible experience with Rainbow Kids Care, truly a 10/10.
Every sitter we had was absolutely amazing. Miho, who we completely adore, along with Maki and Mana, were all so kind, attentive, and wonderful with our daughter Spring. She loved spending time with each of them, which gave us such peace of mind as parents.
What really stood out was how thoughtful they were. Each sitter came prepared with games and activities tailored to Spring’s interests. She’s very creative, and they brought arts and crafts for her, took her on walks, had dinner together, and even took her to arcades and capsule toy shops. She had the best time.
The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Booking was smooth, communication was fast and responsive, and they were even able to accommodate a last minute request, which we really appreciated. Mai was especially helpful and made everything feel easy and well organized.
I can’t recommend Rainbow Kids Care enough for any parents traveling to Japan. Such a special, trustworthy service. We will absolutely use them again on our next visit.

Outstanding Babysitting Service – Kira and Miho
We are a Japanese–American family currently living in the United States, and during our recent stay in Yokohama, we used the babysitting service at this hotel twice. It was truly one of the best decisions we made during our trip.
We had the pleasure of meeting Kira and Miho, and I cannot praise them highly enough.
Although they have completely different personalities, both of them were absolutely exceptional. From the very first meeting, our 18-month-old child immediately felt comfortable with them — which rarely happens. By the time it was time for them to leave, our little one actually cried because they didn’t want them to go! As parents, that says everything.
Their English skills were flawless, but what impressed us even more was their professionalism and attention to detail. They confirmed everything carefully in advance, communicated thoughtfully before and during the babysitting sessions, and provided incredibly attentive and loving care. We felt 100% at ease leaving our most precious family member in their hands.
Traveling internationally with a toddler can be stressful, especially when arranging childcare in a different country. Thanks to Kira and Miho, our stay in Yokohama became relaxing, joyful, and truly memorable. They exceeded every expectation we had.
We are already looking forward to using this service again during our next visit to Japan, and we sincerely hope we can request Kira and Miho again. They are outstanding professionals and wonderful human beings.

Wonderful experience with Rainbow! We had Aya and Miho as our babysitters when we were in Tokyo. Aya did not get much time to interact with my kid because it was my LO’s bedtime when Aya came over. But Aya was very patient and kind, and gave us wonderful suggestions about my kid’s skincare issue. Miho got more interaction time with my kid. She is super professional and her English is awesome. She also gave detailed updates at the end of the shift. My kid loves her. After we have been back to US, my kid one day said she missed Miho lol. My kid must have had a blast with Miho. We will definitely book with Rainbow care again next time m, and hopefully we will get to see Aya and Miho again!

I’ve had multiple babysitters from Rainbow kids(Miho-san, Coco-san, Kira-san and some more that I cannot recall their names now..), they are all children-loving, caring and professional.
