We used Rainbow Kids Care for almost a month during our recent trip to Japan, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the start, the agency provided excellent communication and transparency. Every caregiver was punctual and genuinely dedicated to our baby’s well-being.
We want to give special shout-outs to the five incredible nannies who made our trip possible:
Moeki (Kyoto): She went above and beyond by accompanying us on city trips, suggesting local sites to visit, and assisting with reservations to ensure our stay was comfortable.
Wenny (Kyoto & Osaka): Her attention to detail was fantastic. We were especially grateful for her flexibility whenever we needed to extend the hours.
Hina (Osaka): She came up with creative ways to entertain the baby in the city and sent us lovely pictures from their various adventures.
Maki (Tokyo): She allowed us to enjoy the city worry-free by taking our daughter on great excursions (the Zoo, Asakusa, shrines, etc.). She made sure the baby was well-fed and warm during the chilly days—plus, she shared a ton of funny photos and videos!
Koko (Tokyo): We really appreciated her timely updates and detailed reports. She ensured our baby's comfort was always the top priority.

We used babysitting services 2 times in Kyoto and Osaka. Both sitters were absolutely wonderful with our 7 and 10 years old boys. Super professional, prompt, left a note of events and even brought age appropriate games and coloring. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Japan that needs a night out without kids!
Wenny was wonderful! She babysat my toddler for 12 hours at USJ, and I was at ease and reassured the whole time as I could tell she was experienced. I’m glad I chose Rainbow Kids Care.
I used this service twice. Once at my air BNB and once for the sitter to walk with my daughter/play in the park since I was ill. Both sitter Wenny and Moeki were so so sweet. They followed my instructions, asked questions if there was anything during the stay I forgot to explain, did age appropriate activities with her and sent me just the best updates. We are here for 5 more days and I plan to use this company at least 1 more time.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Wenny. We reached out in a bit of a panic, needing a sitter with less than an hour’s notice to care for our 7-year-old who was completely worn out and overheated from our busy Japan vacation. Wenny responded immediately, arrived right on time, and was an absolute calm, caring presence from the moment she walked through the door.
She was patient, attentive, and instantly made our daughter feel comfortable and safe. Thanks to her, we were able to step out for a few hours, explore on our own, and enjoy a peaceful dinner—knowing our child was in the best of hands.
When we returned, our daughter was smiling, and happy. Wenny had kept her engaged with gentle activities perfectly suited to her energetic mood, and even made sure she was fed and bathed for evening.
We are so grateful to Wenny for turning what could have been a stressful night into a worry-free break. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, warm, and truly amazing with kids—especially on short notice—Wenny is simply the best. Highly, highly recommend!
