Hi! My name is Yu. I am a registered nurse from Japan, currently working at a clinic that provides medical support to international patients, including children.

My hands-on experience with children comes from raising my son and working in Sydney, Australia, for two years as a support worker under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). During this time, I also earned a degree in Social Work. My role with the NDIS involved caring for children with severe autism and complex genetic conditions. One of my most cherished experiences is staying in touch with the mother of a young girl I cared for over two years—three years after leaving Sydney, she still shares updates about her daughter with me.

My greatest strength lies in providing meticulous, compassionate care for children with special needs while ensuring a nurturing and enjoyable experience for all children, regardless of their abilities. I truly enjoy working with children and supporting families. Throughout my career, I have developed adaptability, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm in unpredictable situations.
