Rainbow Kids Care is a dependable service offering child care assistance to families traveling to Japan with children. Our goal is to provide support and ease some of the stress parents may experience during their vacation.
We are seeking English-speaking babysitters in Japan. This role involves caring for children at hotels, Airbnbs, or while exploring tourist destinations and theme parks, all tailored to your preferences.
It is also possible to accept work based solely on your preferred location and hours.
We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, and responsible babysitter to join our team. The position involves taking care of and entertaining children in a safe, loving environment while their parents are away. The ideal candidate should be nurturing, trustworthy, and communicative.
Job
Responsibilities
Accompany a family on a variety of place and providing childcare services to allow parents to relax on their vacation or pursue other activities on the trip.
Provide attentive and nurturing care for the children
Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children
Engage in activities with the children, such as reading stories, playing games, and completing arts and crafts projects
Supervise playtime and engage in educational and fun activities with the children
Change diapers and help with meals
Be respectful of any family customs, traditions and values
Bathing children and putting them to bed
Light housework to keep the resort room clean and tidy, including cleaning spills and washing dishes after meals
The job responsibilities will vary depending on the location where the child is entrusted and customer requests.

Required:
Proper VISA Status （Japanese National, Permanent Resident, Long-term Resident, Spouse or Child of Japanese, Spouse of Child of Permanent Resident)
Native or fluent in English (other language skills are plus)
Certified Nursery Teacher, Registered Nurse, Assistant Nurse or Babysitter Training Completion Certificate
Clean background
Availability for 6+ months
Non-Smoker
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
CPR/First Aid certifications (not required at the time of application; we will assist you in obtaining them)
Preferred:
Japanese
French, Spanish, German, Mandarin, Korean, Italian, Thai, Portuguese, Russian, etc.
Ability to work weekdays and holidays
Extensive knowledge of Tokyo sightseeing spot
Employment Status:
Commission contract
