Article 5 (Screening Before and After Registration)

Before approving an Applicant’s registration, Rainbow Kids Care conducts an interview, reviews the submitted documents, verifies the Applicant’s identity and required government notification status, and assesses the Applicant’s suitability to provide safe and appropriate childcare.

If Rainbow Kids Care determines that an Applicant is not suitable to provide babysitting services, Rainbow Kids Care will refuse the Applicant’s registration.

After registration, Rainbow Kids Care periodically reviews each Babysitter’s activity status, government notification status, training status, submitted documents, and other information necessary to ensure child safety and legal compliance.

Article 7 (Changes to Registered Information)

Babysitters must promptly notify Rainbow Kids Care of any changes to the information or documents submitted at the time of registration.

If a Babysitter fails to report changes and this causes damage or trouble to Rainbow Kids Care, a Client, a Child, or a third party, the Babysitter will be responsible for handling the matter.

Where childcare is provided at a hotel, other accommodation, or any location designated by the Client, the Babysitter must, before accepting responsibility for the Child, review the childcare environment together with the Client, including emergency exits, evacuation routes, potential hazards, and any other safety matters relevant to the childcare location.

All childcare services for Clients introduced through Rainbow Kids Care must be booked and arranged through Rainbow Kids Care. Babysitters must not negotiate or enter into direct childcare agreements with such Clients outside the Service.

Article 21 (Insurance)

Rainbow Kids Care maintains insurance coverage to the extent it considers necessary.

However, whether insurance applies, and the scope and amount of coverage, will depend on the terms of the insurance policy. Rainbow Kids Care does not guarantee that all damages or losses will be covered.

Article 22 (Suspension or Change of Service)

Rainbow Kids Care may suspend, change, or terminate all or part of the Service due to system maintenance, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, laws or government guidance, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Rainbow Kids Care, Rainbow Kids Care will not be liable for damages suffered by Babysitters as a result of such suspension, change, or termination.

Article 23 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

Rainbow Kids Care does not guarantee that the Service will always operate without interruption, that all information will always be accurate, complete, or up to date, or that all assignments will be confirmed.
