Iris provided an outstanding service in taking care of our little one while we dined out. Her professionalism, punctuality, good communication and warmth made things very easy and comfortable. I’d highly recommend her service.
Iris from Rainbow Kids Care took great care of our two and a half year old during our stay in Tokyo, allowing my husband and I a night to explore. She was punctual, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this service, as it allowed our daughter to rest at home, while we had a chance to explore.
We used Rainbow Care Kids services for a date night in Tokyo. Iris, our babysitter, came to our hotel and watched our daughter there. Our daughter had a fabulous time with Iris, who took her to dinner and brought games to play in the room. I highly recommend Iris to other parents seeking a caregiver. I also plan to use Rainbow Kids Care services again in other cities in Japan!
Lovely sitters with Anita in Kyoto, and Nina and Iris in Tokyo. Felt very comfortable leaving our 2 year old with them! Hope they are here next time we are in Japan.
Our time in Japan using Rainbow Kids Care was so seamless and easy. We were provided with a few different sitters, as we were there for about a month's time. Mai was incredibly helpful in finding us a sitter, even at the last minute.
All of our sitters (Anita, Iris, Nina, Maki and Martha) were timely, flexible, and got along well with our toddler. All sitters played a lot of hide and seek, and make believe. It was easy to communicate and they managed to have our child nap and go to sleep relatively easily. They were very accommodating for our extensions as well.
Anita brought her own books to read to our daughter for bedtime. They made a lot of origami together!
Nina managed to get our child to love baths by bringing her fun bath toys! She took her to many fun play places and let her borrow her colored pencils for the week.
Our daughter would light up whenever Iris would arrive! They went to the aquarium and parks together.
Maki got our initially hesitant daughter to warm up so quickly! They had so much fun together and she brought her a fun eye mask to wear for games and sleep.
Martha took our child to a local temple and park which was a fun cultural outing for her.
