Eileen was so awesome with our son, we added more hours and days with her! She really got to know him in their time together and brought him special treats and they formed a real connection. He was sad he likely won’t see her again soon. She was very communicative and made us feel so safe despite being brand new to Japan and her!!! They ventured away from the hotel and she totally tailored the experience to him and his interests. Would definitely use her and rainbow care again!!!!
This was the best baby sitting experience ever- Eileen Kira and Nina were fantastic with our 4 rowdy kids. My kids keep asking me every day when Eileen is coming over. Will definitely use this service again when we come back to Tokyo
Yuki and Eileen took care of our three little kids during our Tokyo trip and they did a fantastic job. To take care of our three little kids (each babysitter alone on a different date) is quiet a big challenge but with their creativity and friendliness they won the hearts of our babies very quickly. Thank you for taking care of them, so that my husband and me had the chance to have adults dinner in that beautiful city. It was lovely meeting you both! If we ever come back, we would book with rainbow kids again.
Eileen was very sweet with my 5.5 month daughter. It was a 14 hour shift where she fed, changed and bathed my baby. I highly recommend her as a sitter 🤍
Eileen is such a great babysitter. She is prompt and communicative. She left notes/reports as well as set up a WiFi camera so we could check on our baby while out. She is a natural with babies and a very caring and intelligent person. Our vacation in Japan was smooth because of her! Highly recommend.
In my stay in Tokyo Disneyland, we had Eileen as our babysitter for my two daughters (layla 10yrs and Lamya 7yrs). She was amazing and wonderful with girls. They went roaming around and playing all the rides without me and their fathers. They girls had a blast. The girls enjoyed their times with her a lot and we are happy to find her as well.

My two older girls had really fun and enjoyable time at USJ with Natalie. It gave my husband and I to focus on the little ones ( 4yrs and 2 yrs) and play with them; while the older girls (10yrs and 7yrs) spent an amazing time at USJ

Our whole experience with RKC was perfect. From the moment we enquired we felt confident in the care that would be provided. The week of the sit Eileen, our baby sitter, provided us with a lot of information and asked all the questions to ensure she knew how best to look after our child.
Throughout the sit we were provided with updates and even had the chance to view our child on a video monitor setup.

Eileen from Rainbow Kids Care was absolutely amazing with my 12 year old daughter during our stay in Tokyo! I was traveling for work, and she came to our hotel each day to take my daughter on amazing adventures, from the zoo to unique shopping spots and cultural experiences.
She kept me updated throughout the day with photos and reports, which gave me complete peace of mind. My daughter came back every day full of excitement, saying how friendly, caring, and kind Eileen was. It was clear she not only looked after her but also made the whole experience fun, engaging, and memorable.
