About Me
Hello! My name is Moeki, and I’m a bilingual childcare professional from Japan. I recently returned from Australia, where I spent five years working in early childhood education, including as a Room Leader in a toddler classroom. Before that, I worked for two years as a kindergarten teacher in Japan. I hold formal teaching certifications for nursery, kindergarten, and primary school education.
In Australia, I gained valuable experience caring for children from diverse backgrounds and developed strong English communication skills. My work has included roles as a nanny, au pair, and early childhood educator, and I am confident in supporting children from infancy through school age.
I’m passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Whether I’m caring for your child in a hotel, accompanying your family on cultural outings, or playing in a nearby park, I aim to make your family’s time in Japan safe, fun, and memorable.
I also enjoy incorporating bilingual activities like storytelling, arts and crafts, and simple Japanese games to enrich your child’s experience. Building trust with families is important to me, and I always prioritize open communication while being attentive to each child’s needs, routines, and personality.
With my international background, professional training, and genuine love for working with children, I look forward to supporting your family and helping you enjoy a worry-free stay in Japan. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or special requests. I would be delighted to help.Ages Supported
