Policies
Your Booking Details:
Early Returns or Delays:
If you return earlier than the scheduled time or experience a delay, the originally booked duration will still be charged.
Same-Day Extension:
The same-day extension fee is calculated in 30-minute increments. For example, a 10-minute extension will incur a fee for an additional 30 minutes. Same-day extension fees must be paid through the Rainbow Kids Care website before the session ends.
Late Night Transportation Fee:
If babysitting services extend beyond public transportation hours, clients are responsible for covering the babysitter's taxi fare home. You can choose one of the following options:
- Provide Cash in Advance: Give the babysitter the taxi fare in cash at the start or end of the session.
- Use a Taxi App: Arrange for a taxi using an app and cover the fare directly through the app.
Theme Park Tickets:
If a babysitter accompanies your children to a theme park or other paid-entry location, you are responsible for purchasing the babysitter's admission ticket in advance.
Booking Changes and Policies
At Rainbow Kids Care, we understand that plans can change, especially when traveling with children. That’s why we aim to be as flexible as possible.
Changes to Booking Dates or Times:
Extending Booking Times: If you need to extend your booking with the same babysitter, an additional fee will apply based on the extended hours.
Shortening Booking Times: If the booking time is shortened, no refund will be provided for the unused time.
Changing Babysitters or Rescheduling:
If your babysitter is unavailable for your requested changes and a new babysitter or schedule needs to be arranged, our cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 7 days before the service: Full refund.
- From 7 days to 48 hours before the service: 50% cancellation fee applies. This also includes cancellations that reduce the overall value of the booking and no-shows.
- Within 48 hours of the service: 100% cancellation fee applies.
Note: This policy also applies to cancellations that reduce the overall value of the booking or result in a no-show. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies without exceptions.

Meal
Meal
The babysitter will provide meals to your child only that have been pre-approved by you . If you would like the babysitter to purchase meals for your child, please consult with them and kindly make a cash payment for the child’s meal expenses in advance.
For children with food allergies, please prepare their meal.
You are not required to purchase meals/snacks for your babysitter, your kind consideration, especially for longer bookings,would be greatly appreciated.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
For any extension fees incurred, please make the payment with a credit card at the end of the session.
