We were visiting Tokyo for a few days and decided to find a babysitter for our 5 and 1 year old. It was our first time doing anything like this, but we really needed a break. Our hotel recommended Rainbow Kids Care. We messaged them with less than 24 hours notice and were fortunate enough to have Eileen as our babysitter. We booked her for 5 hours. Eileen was great at providing hourly updates (photos and videos). Eileen brought stickers and taught them how to fold origami. When she left, our 5 year old said he wished we could have her as a babysitter back home. I would use this babysitting service again and would love to have Eileen help us again.
