About Me
Hello! My name is Mana, and I am 21 years old. I am currently studying at a university in Japan to become a midwife. I’m passionate about creating safe and nurturing environments for families, and I truly love working with children.
I have a wide range of experience caring for kids in different settings. I am currently in my third year working as an assistant at an international preschool, where I support children in a bilingual, multicultural environment. This experience has given me a strong understanding of early childhood development and how to help children feel safe, engaged, and supported.
In addition to my preschool work, I’ve also worked as a tennis coach and an ocean lifeguard, both of which taught me how to keep children active, happy, and safe through fun and structured activities. Whether your children enjoy sports, storytelling, or creative games, I’m committed to making their time enjoyable and memorable.
Growing up, I had the opportunity to live in Hawaii for a year. That experience gave me a love for adventure, nature, and trying new things. Now back in Japan, I’m excited to share my knowledge of the country’s rich culture and family-friendly hidden gems with you.

My wife and I were able to enjoy a relaxing dinner and a night out on our own without worrying about our 2 kids. By the time we got back, both our kids were sound asleep because they were having so much fun with Mana. She prepared games and crafts for the kids to keep them engaged throughout the night. It was such a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend to couples with young children traveling in Japan!

Mana did an incredible job looking after our almost three year old! She jumped right in and started playing with him, and even though he is fairly shy, we could tell he really connected with her and liked her kind and engaging personality. Also, she was very generous; when she found out he loved dinosaurs, she gave him a toy T-Rex she had brought. He’s now carrying the T-Rex all around Japan! Highest recommendation for Mana and Rainbow Kids Care!

Mana brought a whole bag of arts and crafts and the kids were instantly engaged. We were able to have a much needed adults only break after 2 weeks of spoiling the kids. Mana is a lifeguard and was able to take the kids swimming, fed them dinner and got them to bed. Will definitely use again with a sense of security and reassurance.

We used this babysitting service while on vacation and had such a great experience! Mana was absolutely wonderful with our 13-month-old — so kind, attentive, and gentle. They made us feel completely at ease and gave us real peace of mind (and our first date night in a long time!). We loved getting little updates and photos through WhatsApp while we were out. It’s never easy leaving your baby with someone new, but Mana made it such a positive and reassuring experience. We’d definitely recommend this service to other parents travelling with little ones.
