Hi, I’m Kumi.
I am a childcare professional with over 10 years of experience, including 6 years at a Japanese kindergarten and 5 years at an international school. I am also a mother of two, a daughter and a son, which has given me a deep understanding of children at different ages and stages.
Throughout my career and in raising my own children, I have always valued truly listening to each child with care and attention. I make it a priority to get to know their feelings, build trust, and create a warm, supportive environment where they feel safe and happy.
I enjoy engaging with children in a natural and joyful way, whether through conversation, play, or shared activities. I believe that when children feel understood and comfortable, they can fully enjoy their experiences.
