My name is Kiki, and I am 30 years old. I was born and raised in Osaka and have several years of childcare experience both in Japan and abroad.
I worked as an Au Pair in the United States for two years, caring for children from infancy to 8 years old. During my time with two host families in Washington, D.C. and Connecticut, I provided daily care, planned activities, prepared meals, and supported children's development in a safe and nurturing environment.
My first host family had three children aged 1, 7, and 8, while my second host family had a 1-year-old toddler. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, communication, and building trusting relationships with both children and parents.
In addition, I worked as a Teaching Assistant at a nursery school in Japan, where I supported children's daily routines and introduced basic English through fun and engaging activities.I enjoy creating activities tailored to each child's age, interests, and personality. Whether it's arts and crafts, reading stories, outdoor play, baking, or imaginative games, I strive to make every childcare experience enjoyable, educational, and memorable.
Having lived abroad and worked closely with international families, I am comfortable adapting to different parenting styles, cultures, and family needs. I can also introduce children to Japanese culture through crafts, games, stories, and seasonal activities.
As a former Universal Studios Japan team member and an Osaka local, I would be happy to help families visiting Osaka. I can provide recommendations for USJ, family-friendly attractions, local restaurants, cafés, and hidden gems that make your trip even more enjoyable.

We had such a wonderful experience with our babysitter Kiki. She was fantastic with both of our children, ages 2 and 5, and immediately made them feel comfortable and cared for. She was patient, kind, attentive, and kept them happily entertained throughout the time she was with them. She even took the time to ask us before what they were interested it. Our 5 year old loves pokemon so she brought him pokemon origami.
It was such a relief to know our kids were in such caring hands. She was also reliable, responsible, and kept us updated, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
We would absolutely recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable babysitter. We will definitely be happy to have her babysit our kids again! -

Rainbow Kids Care and specifically Kiki were amazing for our trip to Kyoto. She was right on time, communicated in advance, showed up with origami to do with the kids without us asking (which they loved!) and had a great night with the kids while my wife and I got to have a Kyoto dinner and drinks together. It was such a nice addition to our trip to Kyoto. 10/10 recommend.
