My name is Lia. I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, and after finishing junior high school, I moved to Canada to attend high school. I graduated from a Canadian high school and am currently spending a gap year back in Japan.

During my time in Canada, I took a Child Development course where I learned about children's emotional, physical, and mental growth. I also volunteered as a babysitter and gained hands-on experience caring for young children. While living with a host family, I regularly looked after their 3 and 6 year old children.

Through these experiences, I developed strong communication skills, patience, and a deep love for supporting children as they grow and explore the world.

I genuinely love spending time with children. Their curiosity, honesty, and creativity always inspire me. I believe in providing not only safe and attentive supervision, but also warmhearted companionship that helps children feel seen, understood, and truly cared for. Parents can feel at ease knowing that I always prioritize a child's well being and comfort.

I'm calm, kind, and reliable, and I communicate clearly in both English and Japanese. Whether your child speaks Japanese or not, I can adapt to their needs and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy.

In my free time, I love cooking and baking. I've recently become passionate about making gluten free and vegan friendly meals and sweets, and if your child enjoys helping out in the kitchen or trying new foods, I'd be delighted to share that experience in a fun and safe way.
