We had a wonderful experience with Yuki (Tokyo), Rio (Kyoto), and Zion ( Osaka) at Rainbow Kids Care. We are so grateful for their patience and kindness toward my special needs child. They were very understanding and willing to do what it took to ensure the child's happiness and safety. My child was very comfortable and looked forward to playing with the sitters.

We had an excellent experience from the beginning to the end with Rainbow Kids! From the first email, they were very quick to respond depsite being in a different timezone. Then they paired us up with a nanny who was very fun and spoke fluent English. She even had a background in teaching toddlers. Our nanny gave my me and my wife time to have a meal together while she played with our son who felt comfortable with her. It was a perfect match. We highly recommend Rainbow Kids!

We had such a great experience with Zion while visiting Osaka. She was warm, reliable, and instantly connected with our children, making them feel safe and happy from the start.
