Rio cared for our toddler and baby on two evenings while we were in Kyoto, allowing my husband and I to go on date nights. Rio was very pleasant, competent, and communicative, and we felt at ease entrusting her with our children. The evenings we were able to enjoy thanks to Rio really enhanced our trip and I would recommend booking with her!

Such an amazing experience with rainbow care kids. We used Miho in Tokyo and Rio in Kyoto and they were both wonderful. We felt so comfortable leaving our 2.5 year old daughter on both occasions as she warmed up to them so quickly. They kept us updated where required and wrote us a detailed note on what they had done together during their time. Our daughter requested to see them both again the next day so we know she had a great time. The booking experience was also seamless. 10/10 experience and will definitely use again. A big thank you again to Miho and Rio.

I used Rainbow Kids Care while visiting Kyoto with my neice and daughter. My neice and I wanted to do a traditional tea ceremony so I used Rainbow Care Kids so that I had care for my daughter (she is 1 and unable to attend tea ceremony).
It was super easy to book with this company. They were very responsive and paired us with Rio.
Rio was an excellent sitter! Her communication was great and she was so good with my little one!!! They had the best time and I felt very confident that my daughter was in great care.

They were very understanding and willing to do what it took to ensure the child's happiness and safety. My child was very comfortable and looked forward to playing with the sitters.
