We had the pleasure of having Mika as our babysitter while we were in Japan, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met her, she was warm, professional, and incredibly friendly, which immediately put us at ease.
Our child took to her straight away, which says everything—and even got upset when we came home and Mika had to leave! That alone speaks volumes about the connection she built.
Throughout the time we were out, Mika kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which we really appreciated and made us feel completely comfortable.
Overall, an outstanding service. Mika was superb, and we honestly couldn’t recommend her enough.
