We had such an amazing experience with Rainbow Kids Care during our trip to Osaka and Kyoto. Both babysitters we booked were absolutely wonderful — always on time, extremely polite, professional, and so kind with our daughter.
Martha especially was incredible with our baby girl. She kept us updated throughout the evening, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were out exploring Japan. It was such a comfort knowing our baby was genuinely well cared for, happy, and in great hands. You could truly tell she enjoys what she does and cares deeply for the children she watches.
The booking process through the website was very easy, and communication quickly transferred over to WhatsApp, which made everything seamless and convenient while traveling. Responses were always very prompt, even when we needed last-minute babysitting arrangements.
We are so grateful for the care and professionalism we received and would absolutely book with Rainbow Kids Care again in the future. Highly recommend for any traveling families needing trustworthy, caring childcare in Japan!

Martha was lovely to work with when we were on a trip to Japan from the states! We went to Universal Studios and had our 1 year old with us and needed some extra help during that trip. She was amazing to work with and very helpful. We felt super comfortable having our daughter in her care!

We used Martha as a sitter for a night out. She watch our 3 children ages 9, 7 & 5 in our hotel. She was so wonderful. She brought a bag of games and toys to play with. She helped warm up food for them. While we were out she texted me pictures and updates to reassure me everything was going well. Our kids actually asked the next day if Martha was coming back as they had such a good time with her. When we are back in the Kyoto/Osaka area again, I would definitely have Martha watch our children again.

Martha from Rainbow Kids Care looked after our girls (1 and 3) in Kyoto. She did such a wonderful job! The girls loved it, she was a fantastic communicator, arrived early and made us all feel very comfortable and safe. Martha brought toys with her and taught my daughter how to count to 10 in Japanese. rainbow kids care really helped me during my holiday in osaka. they have very reliable babysitters! mio came on the first day and she was such a sweetheart and the rest 5 days of my stay martha took care of my baby. she was gentle and warm. thank youu!

i cannot recommend this company enough. my wife and i traveled to japan from usa with our 14 month old daughter. we hadn’t planned to use babysitters until our daughter spent the first day crying and we weren’t allowed into any of the nice dinners we had planned. on extremely short notice i found rainbow kids care, and was able to get a baby sitter for every day and time slot i requested. on certain days there were two different baby sitters and they worked together for a seamless hand off. all rules were instructed and our daughter was so happy as were we. they literally are the reason we had such a good trip. natalie and martha were amazing!

Martha was absolutely amazing. She made all of us feel at ease. She brought some toys for my littlest and taught her a new game. The kids loved her and we got some time during our holidays to go do a tour on our own. I highly recommend!

Had a TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH MARTHA we were late she wasn’t she came on time . She even tidied up our hotel room for us 10/10 service loved everything about them if we go back to Japan will be using them again :)

Most wonderful babysitting service in Japan. They made it so easy to hire and coordinate. Our sitter Nina in Tokyo was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our daughter have so much fun. She was thoughtful, professional and fabulous with our daughter. Our sitter Martha in Kyoto was so kind and loving. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for child care in Japan.

Our time in Japan using Rainbow Kids Care was so seamless and easy. We were provided with a few different sitters, as we were there for about a month's time. Mai was incredibly helpful in finding us a sitter, even at the last minute.

All of our sitters (Anita, Iris, Nina, Maki and Martha) were timely, flexible, and got along well with our toddler. All sitters played a lot of hide and seek, and make believe. It was easy to communicate and they managed to have our child nap and go to sleep relatively easily. They were very accommodating for our extensions as well.

Anita brought her own books to read to our daughter for bedtime. They made a lot of origami together!

Nina managed to get our child to love baths by bringing her fun bath toys! She took her to many fun play places and let her borrow her colored pencils for the week.

Our daughter would light up whenever Iris would arrive! They went to the aquarium and parks together.

Maki got our initially hesitant daughter to warm up so quickly! They had so much fun together and she brought her a fun eye mask to wear for games and sleep.

Martha took our child to a local temple and park which was a fun cultural outing for her.
