We had a great experience with Rainbow Kids Care twice! Anju & Manu were both great sitters. They made our kids feel comfortable and brought fun crafts to do with the kids.
We had a great experience with Rainbow Kids Care! My wife and I were able to have a nice sushi omakase lunch while our kids were in great care with Mana. She took them on a hotel scavenger hunt, played lots of games and activities with them, and had a yummy lunch with them. Would highly recommend Mana
I am so pleased with finding Rainbow Kids Care. We were on vacation and have a special needs child and wanted to do a couple things that weren’t a good fit for him. I was very nervous because we never get babysitters for him given his high support needs and Rainbow Kids Care blew me away with their interest and attention to learn about him and his needs, and match us with the most wonderful sitters. He had so much fun and I was relieved to have him in incredible hands with Bita, Kira and Mana! Would highly recommend!! If we come back to Japan, I will absolutely use them again!!

Every sitter we had was absolutely amazing. Miho, who we completely adore, along with Maki and Mana, were all so kind, attentive, and wonderful with our daughter Spring. She loved spending time with each of them, which gave us such peace of mind as parents.
What really stood out was how thoughtful they were. Each sitter came prepared with games and activities tailored to Spring’s interests. She’s very creative, and they brought arts and crafts for her, took her on walks, had dinner together, and even took her to arcades and capsule toy shops. She had the best time.
The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Booking was smooth, communication was fast and responsive, and they were even able to accommodate a last minute request, which we really appreciated. Mai was especially helpful and made everything feel easy and well organized.
I can’t recommend Rainbow Kids Care enough for any parents traveling to Japan. Such a special, trustworthy service. We will absolutely use them again on our next visit.
Mana came for a night on our recent Nov Trip to Tokyo. She was excellent and gave my wife an I updates throughout the night, so we wouldn't be worried. My wife and I were able to enjoy a relaxing dinner and a night out on our own without worrying about our 2 kids. By the time we got back, both our kids were sound asleep because they were having so much fun with Mana. She prepared games and crafts for the kids to keep them engaged throughout the night. It was such a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend to couples with young children traveling in Japan!
Mana did an incredible job looking after our almost three year old! She jumped right in and started playing with him, and even though he is fairly shy, we could tell he really connected with her and liked her kind and engaging personality. Also, she was very generous; when she found out he loved dinosaurs, she gave him a toy T-Rex she had brought. He’s now carrying the T-Rex all around Japan! Highest recommendation for Mana and Rainbow Kids Care!
Hiring a nanny off a website whilst in a foreign country was scary.... But the process, waiver and experience with Mana was amazing. Mana brought a whole bag of arts and crafts and the kids were instantly engaged. We were able to have a much needed adults only break after 2 weeks of spoiling the kids. Mana is a lifeguard and was able to take the kids swimming, fed them dinner and got them to bed. Will definitely use again with a sense of security and reassurance.
Mana is absolutely phenomenal, and we couldn't recommend her more highly. Our son typically takes a long time to warm up to new caregivers—we never use a sitter or nanny—but he connected with Mana right away.
We were so impressed by her professionalism; she diligently stuck to our routine, which made the transition seamless for everyone. Beyond her reliability, Mana is incredibly sweet and engaging with our son.
Her connection with him was immediate and lasting. The day after she watched him, he actually asked us to have her back, even though we had no plans to go out! Now that we are back home, he still talks about her and asks when he gets to see her again. This level of care and connection truly speaks volumes.
If you are looking for a caregiver who is both highly professional and genuinely sweet, Mana is the perfect choice. She is a treasure!
We used this babysitting service while on vacation and had such a great experience! Mana was absolutely wonderful with our 13-month-old — so kind, attentive, and gentle. They made us feel completely at ease and gave us real peace of mind (and our first date night in a long time!). We loved getting little updates and photos through WhatsApp while we were out. It’s never easy leaving your baby with someone new, but Mana made it such a positive and reassuring experience. We’d definitely recommend this service to other parents travelling with little ones.
Mana was exceptional! Our three kids (aged 7, 7 and 9) loved her! She did art and craft with them (which she brought along with her) and played lots of fun games. Her English was perfect and she was so engaging! Thank you Mana!!
My husband and I wanted to have a couple of nights out in Tokyo and after doing some research settled on Rainbow Kids Care as it comes highly recommended. The communication was great from the start and our babysitter Mana was so wonderful with our 2 year old. We had her babysit on two seperate nights and our daughter took to Mana almost immediately. Definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful experience with our babysitter named Mana in Japan yesterday. She was kind, professional, and instantly connected with the kids. They felt comfortable and happy the entire time. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in great hands — highly recommended!
We used Rainbow Kids Care during our trip in Japan. Mana came to our hotel to take care of our toddler and put him to sleep so that we could enjoy an evening out. She brought some balloons and started playing with him right away. She was very friendly and our toddler liked her a lot.
Great experience as an American in Tokyo on vacation. Our sitter arrived 7-10pm to watch our 13 month old while we went to dinner. Highly recommend
Mana looked after my kids, aged 1 and 8, for two nights in Tokyo. She did a great job. The kids enjoyed her company and my eldest child loved the crafts and activities she brought for them. I’d highly recommend her and look forward to seeing her next time we’re in Tokyo!
Mana looked after our two children (6 month old and 2.5 year old) for an evening, I was very impressed with her kindness as she immediately started to get to know my toddler while keeping an eye on the little one. She brought lots of toys and even helped to pick up some supplies on the way to the hotel. Communication was really easy and clear. Finally she gave me a thorough report at the end! I recommend to others who want some vacation time without their kids
