We had an amazing experience with Rainbow Kids Care while we were in Japan. The sitters that watched our child (Eiko, Maki and Maiko) were all great, and our child had a wonderful time. The company is extremely responsive over Whatsapp with booking requests and provided availability options based on our needs with relatively short notice. During each session we were also provided with regular updates as to how our child was and if anything was unclear they would confirm with us. We are very happy with the care that was taken with our child and the good communication throughout put us at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. Thank you!
