I’m so glad we found Koko through Rainbow Kids Care! The entire process was made clear and simple, and I felt very comfortable using the service. My 3 year old absolutely loved Koko, and my husband and I got to enjoy date night without any stress whatsoever.

We used Rainbow Kids Care for almost a month during our recent trip to Japan, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the start, the agency provided excellent communication and transparency. Every caregiver was punctual and genuinely dedicated to our baby’s well-being.
We want to give special shout-outs to the five incredible nannies who made our trip possible:

Moeki (Kyoto): She went above and beyond by accompanying us on city trips, suggesting local sites to visit, and assisting with reservations to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Wenny (Kyoto & Osaka): Her attention to detail was fantastic. We were especially grateful for her flexibility whenever we needed to extend the hours.

Hina (Osaka): She came up with creative ways to entertain the baby in the city and sent us lovely pictures from their various adventures.

Maki (Tokyo): She allowed us to enjoy the city worry-free by taking our daughter on great excursions (the Zoo, Asakusa, shrines, etc.). She made sure the baby was well-fed and warm during the chilly days—plus, she shared a ton of funny photos and videos!

Koko (Tokyo): We really appreciated her timely updates and detailed reports. She ensured our baby's comfort was always the top priority.

Koko from Rainbow Kids was beyond fantastic. We needed someone to entertain our daughter during a wedding in Tokyo and Koko went above and beyond. She was so professional and brought activities for my daughter and even put her to bed with no issues. I highly recommend Rainbow Kids and specifically Koko!!

Fantastic service! We were initially nervous with hiring a babysitter overseas but the reputation and communication was excellent. Koko was prompt, professional, and highly experienced. Our boys had lots of fun and were in capable and caring hands for the night. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience with Rainbow Kids Care from our initial inquiries with the team, the booking process, and with the fantastic child care services we received while traveling abroad.
This was our first time booking childcare overseas for our 1.5 year old, and we had several specific questions that were answered almost immediately when we first reached out. They then helped us through the booking process to ensure our request (the same sitter for the 3 nights we planned) was completed. We were given several sitters to choose from which was also reassuring. Within a few days of booking, we heard from our specific sitter Koko and was able to start direct communications with her.
Koko is amazing!! Our son felt immediately at ease with her and her experience was apparent. She was very professional and adapted to his nighttime routine completely. She offered hourly updates and provided some of her own toys for entertainment. After just one night with Koko, our son already asked for her when he woke up the next morning. And by night 3 he was blowing her kisses and singing songs with her. We just wish Koko lived closer to us at home so we could have her as our son’s sitter even when we leave.
We will absolutely use Rainbow Kids Care the next time we visit Japan and encourage all families that are considering childcare services while on vacation to BOOK THEM ASAP!! We only wish we had booked some daytime services as well- any assistance with the kiddo while on vacation is invaluable!! We will not make that mistake again next trip. Our 3-year old hasn’t stopped talking about her awesome sitter friend, Koko! She is a wonderfully kind person who clearly loves children and can meet them at their energy and comfort level. Koko came prepared with plenty of age-appropriate crafts and activities. She was also very organized and provided us with a written summary including observations and a timeline of the day. This was our first time using a childcare agency and we felt like we were leaving our daughter in good hands. We will certainly ask for Koko again the next time we visit Tokyo! Also: Mai (the co-founder) handled our bookings and she was responsive and organized. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We had such a wonderful experience using Rainbow Kids Care! Koko was amazing !! She watched our daughter in our airbnb. Asked before hand what she liked and brought activities and my daughter had a blast with her.
