It was a pleasure to work with Bita in July 2026 in Osaka! We are so pleased she joined our family for our holiday and she proved to be truly valuable to enhancing our experience. Bita helped look after our two children (aged 4 and 12) but she went above and beyond her usual responsibilities. She helped us get around the city, acted as our translator, took us on amazing day trips and we really couldn't have done it without her! Thank you and I highly recommend Bita for your stay in Osaka!
