We used Rainbow Kids Care to hire Rio twice in Kyoto and Ayaka once in Tokyo. They were great. They were communicative, organized, and our kids and nephew all enjoyed their time with them. It can't be easy to quickly establish trust with three jet-lagged kids age 1-5, but they managed to do it. Good value for what we got. Both were comfortable caring for kids with severe food allergies. The admin people who set things up remotely were also very organized and communicative.
