Elisa was so wonderful!!
We have a 2 year old boy with a lot of energy and she looked after him two nights in a row in our hotel room whilst we went out. Both times we returned he was so happy, playing with her, and even resorted to calling her "My Elisa" and asking when we would see her again once we moved cities! She brought games for him to play, toy cars and trucks to drive around, and prepared his dinner for him. She also uses an app from a separate device that is a remote camera baby monitor so that gave us peace of mind being the first time we've ever left our son with a nanny whilst overseas. She was so responsive over text when we checked in and reassuring of how he was doing. Would 100% recommend and look forward to employing her services again next time we are in Japan! :)

We had a few babysitters during our time in Osaka, but Elisa was truly exceptional. From the moment she arrived, her calm and easygoing nature put everyone at ease—especially our kids, who warmed up to her instantly. She intuitively picked up on our family’s rhythm, seamlessly handling meals, bedtime, and everything in between without a fuss.
She sent thoughtful updates and sweet photos—just the right amount to keep us reassured but never overwhelmed. When we returned to the hotel, we found the kids peacefully asleep with soft music playing in the background—it was such a tender touch and spoke volumes about the care she provided.
Elisa has the confidence and a natural gift with children. We’re so grateful to have found her and can’t recommend her highly enough.
